Loud And Live in Miami, FL is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the daily operation of the warehouse, including receiving, organizing, pulling, packing, and returning event equipment and supplies.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight event deadlines. This is an onsite role based at our Miami warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, event production, logistics, or inventory is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read pick lists, labels, schedules, and basic warehouse docs.
• Basic computer, tablet, or scanning-device skills for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming event equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for upcoming events based on pick lists or schedules.
• Load and unload trucks, vans, and trailers while protecting equipment from damage.
• Clean, test, count, and return equipment to the proper warehouse location.
• Maintain accurate inventory by counting and reporting discrepancies.
• Organize aisles, shelves, and docks to support safe, efficient operations.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and securing items for transport to venues.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and dollies; forklift usage only if certified.
• Report damage or unsafe equipment to warehouse manager.
