Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Nashville is seeking dependable Part-Time Facilities Staff to help keep a clean, safe, and well-maintained venue for guests, artists, and staff. You will support venue operations, assist with event setup, and help prepare the venue before, during, and after events.

Ideal candidates have experience in facilities or related fields and possess strong communication skills. A High School Diploma is required, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume operations and guest relations is preferred.
• Background in facilities, maintenance, custodial services, or related field is ideal.
• Ability to assess guest needs and communicate effectively with teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Facilities Manager and Supervisors on day-of-show duties and daily operations.
• Coordinate with Security and Guest Services to ensure service standards are met.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as needed.
• Circulate through work areas to maintain atmosphere control and report issues.
• Respond promptly to facility-related requests during events.
• Help maintain exterior venue appearance including sidewalks and loading dock areas.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, minor repairs, and light bulb replacement.
• Restock restroom supplies and other facility inventory during events.
• Foster a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment for guests and staff.
