Job summary

asmglobal is seeking part-time staff to assist guests at Dow Event Center/Jolt Credit Union Event Park. You will help with seating, provide event information, and escort guests to their seats, including in dimly lit areas.

Responsibilities include monitoring spaces for safety, handling questions or concerns, greetings, and light cleaning after events. Ability to stand/walk long periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with seating and event information.
• Escort guests to sections/seats, including in dark areas.
• Provide information about upcoming attractions and events.
• Monitor event spaces for safety and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally; handle questions or complaints.
• Assist with light cleaning and preparing venue spaces after events.
