Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Part Time Guest Service Associate in Florida to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, while assisting guests with luggage during arrivals and departures.

You will greet guests, answer questions, explain parking rates, manage tickets and claim checks, and help coordinate bell services and guest needs. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; part-time event schedules apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state of employment.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
