Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team seeks a Manager of Event Operations & Venue Technology to lead operational strategy, service delivery and day-to-day support for premier event spaces across 200 Park Avenue, Warren, and Whippany. You will ensure reliable, high-quality events, production support for executive meetings and hybrid broadcasts, and drive standardization across sites.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated people leadership experience in a high-visibility service environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate event operations, hybrid meeting production, and venue tech support.
• Experience with enterprise event delivery for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of event technology professionals for town halls, hybrid events, earnings calls, and board meetings.
• Create a consistent operating model across multiple MetLife sites.
• Oversee readiness of event spaces, collaboration tech, production workflows, staffing, escalation paths, and service quality across sites.
• Oversee critical events from planning to post-event improvement.
• Develop procedures, runbooks, training plans, metrics, and lifecycle recommendations.
• Coordinate with Multimedia Engineering, Networking, and Collaboration teams to ensure fit-for-purpose event tech.
