Job summary

MetLife is seeking a seasoned leader to head Event Operations & Venue Technology across multiple premier spaces, including 200 Park Avenue and NJ campuses. You will ensure reliable production support for high-visibility events and executive communications, while standardizing procedures and building scalable playbooks.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in corporate live events, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with AV systems, streaming, and collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing technical teams in high-visibility service environments.
• Strong knowledge of corporate event operations, hybrid meetings, and live enterprise event delivery.
• Experience with collaboration and production tech such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and live event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of event technology professionals supporting town halls, hybrid events, earnings calls, board meetings, and other high-visibility communications.
• Create a consistent operating model enabling reliable event support across MetLife sites (New Jersey locations mentioned).
• Oversee readiness for event spaces, collaboration tech, production workflows, staffing, escalation paths, and service quality.
