The Broward Center for the Performing Arts seeks an Event Technician to support MPAC operations. You will assist with stage production, event setup, and customer service for internal and external patrons.

Responsibilities include facility upkeep, promotional setup, safety compliance, and shift sign-in/out. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and events.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to stand, crouch, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective English communication both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsabilidades

• Cross train in stage production and event setup.
• Assist with facility maintenance and light bulb replacement.
• Support promotional elements for productions.
• Maintain clean and safe areas at all times.
• Sign in/out for each shift and follow PACA guidelines.
• Travel to alternate venues may be required.
