Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an Event Tech Ops Engineer in the United States to drive hands-on lab and event support for marketing events, product launches, and large-scale demonstrations. You will build, image, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software across Windows, Linux, MacOS, and Android ecosystems, including virtualization and networking at dynamic venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux and macOS environments; familiarity with Android and WSL.
• Experience with VM/virtualization, server setup and automation scripting.
• Knowledge of MSFT ecosystem (Exchange/Outlook/Office 365/Teams) and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide event and tradeshow technical support for Marketing events such as CES and product launches.
• Perform system builds, imaging, testing and benchmarking across OS and hardware platforms.
• Maintain asset inventory, logs, and runbooks; manage asset tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering and Sales for testing, demos and coordination.
• Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity at events (LAN/WiFi).
• Demo hardware and NVIDIA technologies at events and ensure readiness.
