The Freeman Company is seeking a Strategist to join its fast-growing Growth team, working with executive-level event organizers to drive engagement and profitable revenue at in-person and online events. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in-office or on show site and base locations listed, including Nashville, TN.

You will bring consulting rigor, ownership, and a client-centric approach to scale our Event Strategy and Profitable Growth capabilities while shaping client engagements and firm

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience.
• 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong observation, analytical, and business acumen skills.
• Experience building slide-based client deliverables for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling for a wide audience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities across multiple project types using structured problem solving.
• Develop strategic growth frameworks with data-driven analysis.
• Analyze data and craft executive client presentations with actionable steps.
• Build financial and pricing models to drive growth for in-person events.
• Lead scenario analysis for client projects in select cases.
• Present findings at industry events and identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate across Strategy & Insights to advance the events industry.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communications.
• Contribute to thought leadership, growth, and profitability strategies.
