Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor at Ball Arena in Denver to oversee daily stewarding operations during high-volume sports, concerts, and private events. You will lead stewarding staff, manage inventory, ensure sanitation standards, and coordinate with culinary teams for smooth back-of-house service.

The role requires 2–4 years in stewarding or kitchen operations, supervisory experience, and a solid understanding of HACCP and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years stewarding or kitchen ops experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, food safety and workplace safety practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale events and fast-paced service environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding operations during events (games, concerts, functions).
• Coordinate staffing based on event schedules and projected volume.
• Ensure cleaning, resetting, and distribution of dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Support culinary teams to maintain smooth back-of-house operations.
• Assist with post-event breakdown and reset.
