Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TEAMAlcohol Management certificate.
• Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, training, and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff and interact with customers.
• Maintain high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Enforce safe service standards and product quality.
• Conduct inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure slip-resistant footwear and safety gear for staff.
