Blue Plate Catering Ltd. is seeking an Event Staffing Coordinator to support the Senior Event Staffing Manager. This role coordinates FOH service and BOH culinary staffing, exports event data from CaterXpert into Nowsta, and ensures accurate scheduling across internal and third-party teams.

Responsibilities include assigning staff based on skills, managing last-minute changes, and supporting staffing for high-profile events. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor in hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, staffing coordination, or event operations.
• Experience with event staffing platforms like CaterXpert and Nowsta is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Export events daily from CaterXpert into Nowsta and ensure staffing readiness.
• Coordinate FOH service and BOH culinary staffing for events.
• Maintain scheduling platforms with accurate, real-time data.
• Communicate staffing updates and changes to teams and agencies.
• Support onboarding and staff communications prior to events.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor in Hospitality or related field preferred

2+ years in hospitality staffing coordination or event operations
