Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer drug test may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good judgment.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect tickets, welcome and usher guests, and provide customer service.
• Direct foot traffic and ensure cleanliness and safety in designated areas.
• Assist with entry control and guest flow at venues.
• Offer directions and information to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests.
