Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• May collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic in and out of the venue.
• Demonstrates understanding of venue policies, procedures and regulations.
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they depart.
• Provide guests with directions and entertainment suggestions.
• Maintain a friendly, clear communication style with guests.
