Job summary

Town of Wake Forest, NC is seeking part-time event staff to support the Renaissance Centre for the Arts during scheduled events. You will set up and tear down room layouts, assist guests, and help with concessions, coat check, and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing trash and restrooms, and supporting caterers and performers. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required. Background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event layouts (tables, chairs, AV).
• Greet and assist guests; manage coat check and concessions, and assist performers/caterers.
• Maintain lobby, kitchen, and bathroom cleanliness.
• Assist Box Office with ticket sales and answering the phone.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
