Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to welcome guests, collect tickets, and guide attendees at sports venues. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and an orientation rate to start, with responsibilities including greeting guests, directing foot traffic, and delivering friendly, high-quality service.

The position emphasizes safety, customer care, and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct foot traffic, may collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct guests entering and exiting.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies and regulations of venues, facilities and events.
• Greet guests warmly at entrances and provide directions to enhance their experience.
• Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions for their entertainment.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, clear and respectful manner.
