A leading company in the events sector is seeking a Sponsorship Sales Specialist to drive the success of its events by securing sponsorships. The successful candidate will develop relationships with partners and create tailored proposals to meet sponsors' needs, contributing to the overall success of the event series.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Specialist to join our USA TODAY Events Expo business. This role will be primarily focused on securing sponsorships for our iconic events, including the Central Ohio Home & Garden Show in Columbus and the Milwaukee Sports Show. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our events by identifying and securing potential sponsors, developing strong relationships with partners, and ensuring that our events are well-supported and financially successful.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, providing them with tailored sponsorship solutions to meet their needs. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategies and approaches. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working towards targets and is fantastic at engaging with potential sponsors. Your ability to identify and bring in potential sponsors will be key to the success of our events series.
