Job summary

GOAT Events is seeking Event Specialists for the Phoenix metro area to support gala fundraising elements. You will report to the On-Site Manager and assist with iPad/tech use, guest check-in, and live auction bid support while ensuring smooth data entry and customer service.

These are 1099 contract roles for Fall and Spring events. Attire is all black professional; prior experience in event support or fundraising is preferred, with familiarity in event software such as GiveSmart, Classy,

• Experience working with event software is preferred.

As an Event Specialist, you will report to the On-Site Manager and be responsible for supporting the execution of multiple fundraising elements throughout the Gala. This is a 1099 contract position with most events taking place in the Fall & Spring.
