Job summary

University of Washington Medical Center is seeking a Program Support Supervisor 1 to coordinate and execute campus signage for Transportation Services. The role interfaces with event organizers, building coordinators and multiple departments to ensure signage meets event needs and campus standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in event planning or signage deployment.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Signage Operations: act as primary point of contact for signage needs and coordinate deployments across events, parking and facilities.
• Administrative Tasks: manage inventory, map and catalogue signage, and prepare reports and records.
• Hiring and Training: coordinate interviews, hire and train Student Signage Assistants, and schedule shifts.
• Support: assist with complex word processing, data handling, and production of flyers, maps and schedules.
