Oak View Group is seeking a part-time Building Attendant for the Five Flags Center in Dubuque, IA. The role handles housekeeping, room sets, and arena conversions, paid at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience in a public facility is highly preferred.
• Clear and concise communication is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and tear down for events including chairs, tables, and drapery.
• Complete cleaning checklists and room sets accurately and on time.
• Handle folding and stacking chairs, tables of various sizes.
• Safely use cleaning supplies, mops, brooms, and related equipment.
• Operate equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and snow removal gear.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
