You will review event plans, perform required tasks, and ensure a clean, organized environment for seamless execution. The role requires operating equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts, ability to read instructions, and strong customer service in busy public settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification to operate equipment (scissor lift, skid steer, forklift, tractor) is required.
• Valid Class C Texas driver’s license is required.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Experience with audio/visual equipment is not required but a plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and adapt to changing event schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for public settings.

Responsibilities

• Review written setup plans and execute instructions to meet customer needs.
• Manage work within event timelines and prepare for future events.
• Perform custodial duties before, during, and after events to ensure a clean environment.
• Operate lifting and carrying equipment safely around the event area.
• Organize tools, equipment, and event materials and keep work areas clean.
• Perform other duties as required.
