Job summary

Quest Events is seeking an Event Installer in Austin, TX. This customer service role emphasizes reliability and determination as you load and unload gear, set drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues, and work with a crew to deliver polished productions.

You will participate in daily activities in the warehouse and on site, support a crew leader, and provide outstanding service to clients while maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to execute consecutive events under stress.
• Positive interaction with team members and customers daily.
• Great attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Fluent reading, writing, speaking English.
• Maintain professional appearance, reliable transportation, and punctuality.
• Workload varies 0-40+ hours per week based on volume and availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily activities both in the warehouse and on-site.
• Work with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites.
• Participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
