Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a banquet set up team member for I.D. Delafield. You will prepare banquet spaces, set tables and chairs, and handle AV equipment as directed to ensure a flawless event.

You’ll maintain uniforms, follow safety standards, and respond to guest requests while supporting smooth communication across staff. This role emphasizes reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• You are 16 years or older.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• You are able to keep up with a fast paced environment.
• You are able to carry a tray to shoulder weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• You are able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• You are available nights and weekends.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

• During Banquet Set Up, set up all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment following set-up diagrams.
• Maintain proper uniform; clean and free of excessive wrinkles.
• Follow health and safety practices at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success.
• Reset everything after the event according to directions on the BEO or by the manager.
• Ensure work areas are cleaned and side duties completed before punching out.
