Geronimo Hospitality Group is hiring for a banquet service role at I.D. Delafield. You will set up banquet spaces, assist with events, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining uniforms, coordinating with staff, and upholding health and safety standards. The role supports team success and guest satisfaction across events at the Delafield location.

Qualifications

• You are 16 years or older.
• Ability to carry a tray weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

During Banquet Set Up, you will set up all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment for banquet space following set-up diagrams provided.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Maintain proper uniform; clean and free of excessive wrinkles
• Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed
• Follow health and safety practices at all times
• Respond promptly to any guest request
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
• During set up, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
• Once banquet is complete all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment to put back in storage and re-set for next event according to directions on BEO or given by manager
• Work areas must be cleaned and wiped down and all side duties must be completed before punching out for your shift

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You are 16 years or older
• Have refined verbal and written communication skills
• You are able to keep up with a fast paced environment
• You are able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
• You are able to stand and/or walk entire shiftYou are available nights and weekends

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

U.S. Work Authorization (required).
