Century II in Wichita, KS is seeking an Operations Crew member to support event setup, breakdown and conversions. This role involves physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving equipment to keep the venue ready for guests.

You will assist with cleaning, maintenance, and on-site coordination during events, including loading/unloading, setting tables and chairs, and helping building engineers as needed. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or G.E.D., preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
• Ability to be on-time and work quickly and safely.
• Ability to listen and take direction; willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks.
• Set up and tear down tables and chairs for banquets and events.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks; report safety or equipment issues.
• Work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
