Job summary

Legends in Bossier City is seeking an Operations Staff member to support event execution. You will convert events by moving and setting up equipment, including stages and a basketball floor, with some forklift operation as needed.

The role requires lifting 75 lbs regularly, standing and walking for long periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays. English communication and the ability to work well in teams and individually are essential in a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75lbs or more on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand, walk and bend on a continuous basis.
• Must be able to work well in teams and individually.
• Must be able to communicate, both written and verbal, in English.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours.
• Shifts varies
• Must be able to work in a manner that is safe and effective.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the conversion from event to event.
• Moving equipment and setting up equipment such as stages, basketball floor, hockey dasher walls and some forklift operation.
• Ensure equipment is set up according to manufacturer guidelines and Company policy.
• Ability to adhere and abide by all accesso Brookshire’s Grocery Arena, Legends Global Policies and Procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
