Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Conversion Crew member in Kansas City, MO to help convert the arena for events, including floor installation, seating changes, stages, and moving furniture. The role requires a fast-paced, team-oriented approach and a flexible schedule around the event calendar with evenings, weekends, and holidays possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with event changeovers and setups is preferred.
• Able to read, communicate and follow English instructions.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines safely.
• Interact professionally with coworkers and the public.
• Able to regularly lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.
• Familiarity with assembly equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, staging, trussing, tools).
• Adhere to safety policies and attendance requirements.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as events require.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setups and changeovers under supervision.
• Handle non-event days equipment storage and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to meet production and promoter requests.
• Support team by maintaining a safe, clean work area and positive environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
