Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move and place tables, chairs, and linens for each event.
• Set up items not included in the room (flipcharts, whiteboard, screens).
• Ensure conference rooms have pens, pads, handouts, and event packages.
• Refresh rooms between meetings.
• Provide prompt and detailed service as scheduled or on request.
• Maintain phone and email communication with clients and team members.
