Responsabilités

• Coordinates catering staff for functions to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to events.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Ensures proper food presentation, temperature, and HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment and supplies.
