Job summary

Job Store Staffing is seeking dependable Event Support & Janitorial Associates for a two-day assignment in Pueblo, CO. This role combines event setup and teardown with facility cleaning to help ensure the celebration runs smoothly and the venue remains clean and welcoming throughout the day.

Date: Saturday, August 1; Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Pay: $20.00/hour. You will assist with setting up and breaking down event equipment, perform cleaning duties, restock supplies, and help maintain a safe,

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable indoor/outdoor physical work.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning products.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, event setup, warehouse, or general labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, tents, barricades, and other event equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the event
• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from event areas and buildings
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for guests and staff
• Follow all safety guidelines and complete assigned tasks as directed
