Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and trash removal in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Maintain facility cleanliness standards on a daily basis.
• Complete basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and upkeep of equipment and fixtures.
• Assist with groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, raking, and debris removal.
• Support upkeep and organization of storage areas, maintenance rooms, and supplies.
• Monitor facilities for safety hazards and report issues to the maintenance supervisor.
• Assist with vehicle upkeep including cleaning and basic checks.
• Perform basic labor tasks such as moving equipment and setting up rooms.
• Replenish supplies such as paper goods, soap, and cleaning materials.
• Assist with fire extinguisher checks and safety compliance tasks.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Provides routine maintenance, janitorial, and general labor tasks across company facilities. This role focuses on hands-on work including cleaning, basic repairs, grounds upkeep, and assisting with facility and vehicle maintenance needs. The position supports a safe, clean, and functional environment for staff and patients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and trash removal in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.

Qualifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Use of basic tools and cleaning equipment
