Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Operations Conversion Crew member for the Branson Convention Center to support event readiness through setup/teardown, cleaning, and custodial tasks.

You will work under supervision, perform physically demanding duties including lifting up to 75 lbs, and help ensure all client requirements and safety standards are met during events. This part-time role offers flexible hours and hands-on experience in live venue operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and supervise staff.
• Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision to ensure setup and custodial needs meet standards and that turnarounds are done promptly.
• Assist in coordinating operations with other departments and event-related contractors for readiness.
• Meet with staff to outline work for the day/week.
• Submit maintenance requests for repairs and damages.
• Follow safety practices and company policies.
• Complete assigned duties during events and shifts.
