Legends Global is seeking Operations Conversion Crew team members to support Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum events. You will help with setup, conversions, and changeovers, ensuring spaces are prepared, safe, and ready for guests and performers.

The role requires physical endurance, reliability, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to train and grow within a unified team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English in a professional environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team.
• Must have reliable transportation to Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, conversion, changeover, and breakdown of event spaces.
• Prepare venue for events according to operational plans and procedures.
• Move and position equipment, furniture, barricades, tables, chairs, and signage.
• Perform routine tasks to ensure spaces are prepared and maintained.
• Communicate safety concerns and operational needs to managers.
• Support training of staff on basic job functions and procedures.
• Adapt to changing event needs while maintaining efficiency and composure.
