Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking the Conversion Crew to support the Operations department with event setup, changeovers, and daily facility tasks at our venues.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 0-2 years’ related experience, and the ability to lift 30 lbs, work nights/weekends/holidays, and operate outdoors in various weather conditions.

A reliable transportation and strong teamwork are essential; Payscale ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with potential benefits eligibility.

A Brief Overview

The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department in regard to event setup, changeovers, general facility maintenance, and daily operational tasks.

What you will do

• Work with Custodial Supervisor on day to day task for department.
• Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned.
• Physically assist with event setup, changeovers, and daily operational tasks including but not limited to setting up, breaking down, and properly storing items such as tables, chairs, portable stages, and dancefloors.
• Assist Operations and Event Managers on relevant event/operation related information.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency

Experience Qualifications

• 0-2 years Of related work experience

Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge of operations equipment including pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to work as a team and understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Must have reliable transportation

Payscale: $18 - $20

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
