Broadwell Hospitality Group in Oswego, NY is seeking an Event Setup & Banquet Support Technician to assist with setup, teardown, and maintenance of event spaces, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

This role involves coordinating with staff, moving tables, chairs, staging, and AV gear, while maintaining clean spaces. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required, with reliable transportation to Oswego.

Formación

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event spaces to ensure a smooth and successful event experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and tear-down of event equipment, including tables, chairs, staging, and audiovisual components
• Maintain organized and clean event spaces before, during, and after events
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure timely and efficient setup and breakdown
• Transport equipment and supplies to and from event locations as needed
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Drivers License
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as events require
• Reliable transportation to and from the job location in Oswego, NY
