Responsibilities include resetting rooms quickly for upcoming events, supporting banquet and catering teams, and promptly addressing guest and team requests. A flexible, on-call schedule is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or event setup is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
• Able to stand and stay active for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Transport and arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and other event equipment.
• Ensure banquet rooms and event areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Reset rooms quickly and accurately for upcoming events.
• Support the banquet and catering teams in delivering smooth, successful events.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and team requests.
• Properly store and care for banquet equipment and supplies.
