Job summary

ilani is seeking a Convention Services Attendant to properly set up and maintain all meeting and entertainment venues, delivering superior guest service. Responsibilities include setting up/breaking down events per banquet event order, ensuring safety, transporting equipment, and assisting guests while upholding brand standards. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime, with starting pay of $18.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Must stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to work in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down function rooms per event orders.
• Provide superior guest service and assist guests promptly.
• Maintain storage areas clean and organized.
• Transport and store tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Ensure safety and report hazards.
• Assist A/V staff as needed.
