Job summary

The Seattle Convention Center is seeking a Set-Up Crew Leader to supervise and lead crews during events, ensuring high-quality room sets and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with operations, event services and custodial teams to deliver precise setups and maintain safety across spaces.

You will train staff, monitor progress, and enforce safety standards while managing on-call crews and scheduling. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years’ experience in setting meeting room equipment.
• CPR and Basic First Aid certification as provided by SCC.
• Blood Borne Pathogen Training as provided by SCC.
• Forklift, Pallet jack, Pac Mule electric cart certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standards or custom room sets as requested by the client.
• Lead by example on exhibition floors, meeting rooms and facility.
• Interpret drawings and transform into room set using geometry.
