Job summary

Art Craft Display is seeking a hands-on Event Supervisors to lead a crew during trade shows, expos, and other events in Michigan and surrounding areas. You will ensure on-time installation and dismantling of pipe/drape, tables, chairs, carpets, displays, and signage while maintaining safety and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include reading floorplans, assigning tasks, training staff, coordinating with clients, and documenting attendance and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Supervise work crew and prioritize assignments.
• Read floorplans and timelines.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance.
• Coordinate with client to meet setup plan.
• Familiarity with payroll/timekeeping processes.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed and documented.
• Report timeclock adjustments to payroll administrator.
• May drive loaded vehicle to/from shows.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
