Grand Hyatt Denver is seeking an Event Set Up Houseperson for flex shifts to prepare and dismantle meeting spaces, including tables, chairs, water stations, risers, and linens.

You will engage with Hyatt guests, respond to requests with a professional demeanor, and contribute to a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift, push and carry moderate to heavy weight; long periods of standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting rooms with tables, chairs, water stations, risers, linens.
• Interact with Hyatt guests and assist with their requests.
• Occasional availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

The Event Set Up Houseperson Flex Shifts at the Grand Hyatt Denver is responsible for working alone or as part of a team to set up and break down meeting rooms with tables, chairs, water stations, risers, linens, etc. An Event Set Up Houseperson has the opportunity to interact with Hyatt guests and assist them with their requests.

Candidates must have the following skills

• Must have good communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• This position requires the ability to lift, push and carry moderate to heavy weight on a consistent basis, and involves a great deal of standing and walking.

Qualifications

Candidate must have open availability for mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.

$22.80 per hour.
