Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2–3 years related experience in event coordination or meeting planning; or equivalent education/experience.
• Customer/guest service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client requirements with building staff to ensure events run as requested.
• Oversee event operations and vendors during events to meet client needs.
• Interview, hire, supervise and schedule all part-time staff for the Event Services Department.
• Process payroll using ADP eTime and ensure staff are paid accurately.
• Maintain event records and assist HR with documentation as needed.
