Job summary

BEST Crowd Management's Boise State University Guest Services team seeks friendly, reliable staff to welcome attendees and deliver exceptional service at events.

As a part-time Guest Services member, you will assist with setup, guide guests to seating and facilities, answer questions, monitor areas for safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with pay at $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older and eligible to work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming attendees and assisting with their needs.
• Assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment and signage.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and a positive attendee experience.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of service.
