Job summary

Cragun's Resort in Brainerd, MN is seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Event Services team to help create memorable weddings, banquets, and tournaments. This part-time role puts you at the heart of magical guest experiences, with opportunities to work a variety of events.

You'll partner with Sales and Banquet teams, set up spaces per floor plans and BEOs, manage A/V gear, and provide on-site support. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, and you must be comfortable lifting

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift over 30 pounds.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Partner closely with our dynamic Sales and Banquet teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Bring event spaces to life by setting up and breaking them down according to floor plans and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Ensure timely set-ups that meet our high-quality standards.
• Keep our storage areas and event equipment clean and organized.
• Provide essential on-site support and troubleshoot any issues that pop up.
• Set up and maintain audio/visual gear, ensuring every detail is just right.
• Keep track of event materials and supplies like a pro.
• Be part of the fun by assisting with beverage service

Requirements

• Flexibility is key—you should be able to work evenings and weekends.
• You need to be at least 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license is a bonus!
• You should be able to lift over 30 pounds—strength and energy are your allies!
• Above all, a passion for providing outstanding customer service is a must.
