Job summary

Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake is seeking energetic Counter Workers for our poolside Above Deck restaurant to deliver outstanding guest experiences with prompt service and a friendly smile.

You will take orders, handle payments, serve dishes and drinks, reset tables, and help guests with special requests. Winter shifts: Fridays 2–10 PM and Saturdays 11 AM–10 PM. Pay: $13/hour plus tips, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience? Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Handle transactions—payments, receipts and change.
• Set and reset tables to high service standards.
• Keep the service area clean and organized.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and take food and beverage orders with precision
• Serve delicious dishes and refreshing drinks promptly and with flair
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied by providing friendly and attentive service
• Set the stage by arranging and resetting tables to our high service standards
• Handle transactions expertly—collecting payments, issuing receipts, and providing change
• Keep our service area sparkling clean and organized
• Go the extra mile to accommodate special requests that enhance our guests' experience

Requirements
