Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Incline Village, NV seeks a Miraval Berkshires style Banquet Server to deliver high-quality food and beverage service for events, banquets and weddings. The role emphasizes professionalism, attention to detail and guest-centric service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, serving plated meals and hors d’oeuvres, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with culinary teams and banqueting

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, or hospitality service experience preferred
• Ability to provide formal, guest-focused service in an upscale environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Food safety and alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

The Miraval Event Server provides exceptional food and beverage service for meal periods, meetings, weddings, various galas.
