Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, or hospitality service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, and special events.
• Set up, service, and break down banquet rooms according to event orders and brand standards.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d’oeuvres with precision and professionalism.
• Provide polished table, beverage, and wine service while anticipating guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after functions.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with banquet captains, culinary teams, and fellow servers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Adhere to luxury service etiquette, grooming standards, and uniform requirements.
