Job summary

Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa in Lenox, MA, seeks an on-call Events Bartender for May–November to deliver exceptional beverage service at luxury events including banquets, conferences, weddings, and VIP gatherings.

You will uphold polished presentation, guest interaction, and efficient bar operations while adapting to varying event sizes in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience, large/luxury events preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktail preparation
• Completion of Hyatt Alcohol Safety course upon hire
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and stand for extended periods
