Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking an Event Security Supervisor to assist with the supervision of operations, staffing and day-to-day activities of the Event Security team. You will help plan staffing, scheduling and usher needs for all entertainment venues and coordinate with tour personnel to meet performer requirements.

The role includes safeguarding guests, performers and staff, escorting entertainers and VIPs, and supporting incidents with the Mohegan Tribal Police.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in personnel staffing and scheduling, shift supervision and operational planning

Responsibilities

• Supervises Event Security staff and plans security and usher needs for all venues
• Works with tour personnel to meet the needs of entertainers
• Maintains safety and security of guests, performers and staff
• Acts as escort for entertainers, VIPs and dignitaries
• Assists Tribal Police with incidents, investigations and resolving issues
• Oversees day-to-day department operations
• Runs early entry, VIP, and meet & greet events
• Conducts pre/post-shift huddles to share critical information
