Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking an Event Security Supervisor to assist with supervising the Event Security department's operational, fiscal, and personnel activities. You will help staff, schedule, develop, and manage day-to-day activities for the event staff across all venues.

You will coordinate with tour personnel, maintain guest and performer safety, escort VIPs, and assist with incidents in collaboration with security leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in staffing, scheduling, shift supervision and operational planning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Event Security staff and plan security/usher needs for venues.
• Coordinate with tour personnel to meet entertainers' requirements.
• Maintain safety and security of guests, performers, and personnel.
• Escort entertainers, VIPs and dignitaries as needed.
• Assist Mohegan Tribal Police with incidents and investigations.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations and daily decisions.
• Run early entry, VIP and meet-and-greet events.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift huddles with staff.
