Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking an Event Security Officer to ensure a secure guest and Team Member environment during events. You will coordinate event prep, control access, and provide protection for executives, VIPs, and performers while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires adaptability, strong teamwork, and readiness to respond to incidents with de-escalation and clear reporting. Position is casual, non-exempt with varied schedules.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a high-volume customer service role.
• Experience or training in security or related field preferred.
• Training in PCs, Windows OS and MS Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event day preparations and operations for smooth execution.
• Verify credentials/passes, manage guest flow and access control.
• Protect executives, dignitaries, VIPs and performers as needed.
• Provide guest service, assist guests and address safety concerns.
• Prepare clear incident reports as required by policy.
• Protect assets and intervene to prevent loss when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
